Our team, consisting of five members, including three UX designers, one data scientist, and one software engineer, was tasked by New York's Health Department to develop a digital solution for preventive care.

Comfort Care is an application that customizes preventive care according to user needs. The development process started with our UX designers and data scientists conducting research and collecting data. The UX designers then crafted wireframes and passed them to the software engineer for development.

While Gen Xers are amongst the most vulnerable populations, they exhibit a lack of trust in traditional healthcare systems and are gravitating toward personalized, digital healthcare options.

Crafted this task flow to illustrate how a personalized knee condition program would significantly enhance Linda's experience, making it much simpler for her.
